Job summary

Clark Bros., Inc. is seeking an experienced Senior Project Manager to lead a $150 million utility-scale solar EPC project in Virginia. This full-time, on-site leadership role oversees safety, engineering, procurement, scheduling, subcontracting, cost control, client relations, and project financial performance.

Ideal candidates have 8+ years in construction PM with EPC success, strong leadership, and sharp coordination skills. Relocation to the site and field travel are expected as needed.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of construction project management experience, with significant EPC experience.
• Demonstrated success managing utility-scale solar EPC projects valued at $75M+.
• Experience from contract award through commissioning.
• Knowledge of EPC contracts, procurement, scheduling, forecasting, and subcontract management.
• Experience managing project financials, budgets, and cost reporting.
• Excellent leadership, communication, negotiation, and organizational skills.
• Ability to build relationships with clients, subcontractors, and internal teams.
• Proficiency with MS Office; MS Project or Primavera P6 preferred.
• OSHA and construction safety knowledge; valid driver's license.

Responsibilities

• Provide overall leadership for a $150M utility-scale solar EPC project.
• Lead project execution from notice to proceed through commissioning and closeout.
• Develop and maintain project schedules, cost forecasts, and execution plans.
• Drive productivity, safety, and schedule performance with field leadership.
• Manage engineering coordination, procurement activities, subcontractors, and major equipment.
• Monitor budgets, forecasts, productivity, and cost-at-completion reporting.
• Lead client meetings and maintain strong owner/consultant relationships.
• Prepare, negotiate, and manage change orders and contract modifications.
• Identify risks and implement mitigation strategies to protect schedule and profitability.
• Oversee RFIs, submittals, procurement logs, and project documentation.
