This full-time, on-site leadership role oversees safety, engineering coordination, procurement, scheduling, subcontract management, cost control, client relations, and project financial performance. The successful candidate will manage from mobilization to closeout, mentor project engineers, and have opportunities to lead

Qualifications

• 8+ years in construction project management with EPC experience.
• Experience on utility-scale solar EPC projects > $75M.
• End-to-end project delivery from award to commissioning.
• Strong knowledge of EPC contracts, procurement, & scheduling.
• Proven financial management: budgets and cost reporting.
• Leadership, communication, negotiation, and organization.
• OSHA safety knowledge and valid driver's license.

Responsibilities

• Lead a $150M utility-scale solar EPC project from mobilization through closeout.
• Develop and maintain schedules, cost forecasts, and execution plans.
• Oversee engineering coordination, procurement, subcontractors, and major equipment.
• Manage budgets, productivity, and cost-at-completion reporting.
• Lead client meetings and maintain stakeholder relationships.
• Mentor engineers and promote a collaborative team culture.
• Ensure safety compliance with all requirements.
