This full-time, on-site leadership role manages safety, engineering coordination, procurement, scheduling, subcontract management, cost control, client relations, and project financial performance. Qualifications

• 8+ years of construction project management experience, with significant EPC experience.
• Experience managing utility-scale solar EPC projects valued at $75M+.
• Strong knowledge of EPC contracts, procurement, scheduling, and cost reporting.
• Excellent leadership, communication, negotiation, and organizational skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide overall leadership for a $150M utility-scale solar EPC project.
• Lead project execution from notice to proceed through commissioning and closeout.
• Develop and maintain project schedules, cost forecasts, and execution plans.
• Partner with field leadership to drive safety, schedule performance, and productivity.
• Manage engineering coordination, procurement activities, subcontractors, and major equipment suppliers.
• Monitor budgets, forecasts, productivity, and cost-at-completion reporting.
• Lead client meetings and maintain relationships with owners and stakeholders.
• Prepare and manage change orders and contract modifications.
• Identify risks and implement mitigation strategies to protect schedule and profitability.
• Oversee RFIs, submittals, procurement logs, and project documentation.
