The role oversees safety, engineering coordination, procurement, scheduling, subcontract management, and cost control from mobilization through commissioning and closeout. Ideal candidates have 8+ years in construction PM with EPC experience, strong leadership and client relations, and proficiency in project controls.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of construction project management experience with EPC exposure.
• Led utility-scale solar EPC projects and managed through commissioning.
• Strong knowledge of scheduling, procurement, and cost reporting.

Responsibilities

• Provide leadership for a $150M utility-scale solar EPC project.
• Oversee project execution from mobilization to closeout.
• Develop schedules, forecasts and execution plans.
• Manage procurement, subcontractors and major equipment suppliers.
• Maintain client relationships and approve change orders.
• Ensure safety and regulatory compliance.
