The role is full-time and on-site, overseeing safety, engineering coordination, procurement, scheduling, subcontract management, and financial performance from mobilization to closeout. It offers growth opportunities within a expanding renewable energy portfolio and nationwide project pipeline.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of construction project management experience, with significant EPC experience.
• Experience leading utility-scale solar EPC projects from contract award to commissioning.
• Strong knowledge of EPC contracts, procurement, scheduling, and cost controls.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and negotiation skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide overall leadership for a $150M utility-scale solar EPC project.
• Lead project execution from notice to proceed through commissioning and closeout.
• Develop and maintain project schedules, cost forecasts, and execution plans.
• Drive safety, productivity, and schedule performance with field leadership.
• Manage procurement, subcontractors, and major equipment suppliers.
• Monitor budgets, forecasts, and cost at completion reporting.
• Lead client meetings and maintain relationships with owners and consultants.
• Identify risks and implement mitigation strategies to protect schedule and profitability.
