LVI Associates is partnering with a well-established renewable energy developer and owner to recruit an experienced Project Manager for their utility-scale solar construction portfolio across the Mid-Atlantic. The role guides projects from pre-construction through turnover, coordinating with internal teams, contractors, consultants, and local authorities to ensure safe, on-time, and on-budget delivery.

Qualifications

• 4+ years of project management experience in utility-scale solar or heavy civil construction.
• Experience coordinating multiple stakeholders, contractors, and schedules.
• Strong understanding of utility-scale construction practices and project execution.
• Ability to read and interpret construction drawings and specs.
• Experience with scheduling tools like Primavera P6 or MS Project.

Responsibilities

• Manage utility-scale solar projects through all construction phases.
• Coordinate contractors, consultants, suppliers, and stakeholders to maintain schedule and budget.
• Support procurement, subcontract management, and contract administration.
• Monitor costs, forecasting, change orders, and financial performance.
• Oversee commissioning, turnover docs, and handoff to operations.
