Job summary

HK Solutions Group is seeking an experienced Project Manager to oversee municipal rehabilitation projects across multiple states. You will own projects from contract award through final acceptance, managing scope, schedule, budget, safety, and client satisfaction.

This role requires depth in at least one service line (CIPP or sewer cleaning/CCTV) with the ability to learn the other. Travel up to 60% and collaboration with engineers, contractors, and owners are essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in construction management, civil engineering, or related field or 5+ years PM experience.
• 3+ years managing field-based construction or service projects with budget and schedule accountability.
• Direct experience in at least one core service line (CIPP or CCTV/sewer cleaning) and willingness to learn the other.
• Public works contracting knowledge (plans, specs, bid docs, submittals, progress billing).
• Ability to read civil plans, profiles, and technical specs.
• Proficiency with MS Office, especially Excel, and project management/cost-tracking systems.
• Strong written and verbal communication; valid driver's license; pass drug screening/background checks.

Responsibilities

• Serve as primary customer contact from notice to proceed through final acceptance and closeout.
• Lead project turnover from estimating; validate scope and terms prior to mobilization.
• Develop and maintain project schedules; coordinate crews, equipment, and materials.
• Manage project financials including budget setup, cost codes, progress billings, and margin reporting.
• Prepare, negotiate, and document change orders, RFIs, and不同 site conditions.
• Review submittals such as liner data, cure records, CCTV Deliverables, and traffic control plans.
• Interpret CCTV data and NASSCO codes to validate scope and quantities.
• Coordinate permits, right-of-entry, road closures, and utility locates.
• Direct public notification and attendance at council/public meetings.
• Support safety with confined space entry, high-pressure water operations, and job hazard analyses.
