Job summary

HK Solutions Group is seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead municipal rehabilitation projects across multiple sites, including Jacksonville, FL. You will own scope, schedule, budget, quality, safety, and client satisfaction while coordinating with owners, engineers, and contractors.

You should bring depth in at least one service line (CIPP rehabilitation or sewer cleaning/CCTV) and be willing to develop knowledge of the other.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in construction management, civil engineering, or related field, or 5+ years of PM experience.
• 3+ years managing field-based construction or service projects with budget and schedule accountability.
• Experience in at least one service line (CIPP rehab or sewer cleaning/CCTV) with willingness to learn the other.
• Knowledge of public works contracting, plans, specs, bid documents, submittals, progress billing, and change orders.
• Ability to read civil plans and technical specs.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and project tracking systems.
• Strong written and verbal communication; valid driver's license; able to pass background checks.

Responsibilities

• Serve as primary customer contact from notice to proceed through final acceptance.
• Lead project turnover from estimating and validate scope, quantities, and terms.
• Develop and maintain project schedules and coordinate resources.
• Manage project financials including budgets, cost codes, and billing.
• Prepare, negotiate, and document change orders and RFIs.
• Review submittals and ensure compliance with designs and standards.
• Interpret CCTV data and verify scope against contract.
• Coordinate permits, right-of-entry, traffic control, and utility locates.
• Oversee safety, quality, and risk reviews; conduct site walks.
• Assemble closeout packages with as-built records and warranties.
• Support post-project cost reviews and bid accuracy feedback.
