Job summary

LoJac is seeking a CIPP Manager to oversee cured-in-place pipe rehabilitation and CCTV inspection operations. You will lead field crews, coordinate projects, ensure regulatory compliance, and maintain equipment for trenchless rehabilitation services.

The role requires extensive experience in underground utilities, hydrovac excavation, and trenchless technologies, along with a strong focus on safety, quality, and client satisfaction.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of experience in CIPP rehabilitation or trenchless construction.
• Prior supervisory or managerial experience preferred.
• Strong knowledge of CCTV inspection and CIPP installation methods.
• Experience with municipal sewer/stormwater infrastructure.
• Ability to read engineering drawings and project specifications.
• Proven leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
• Valid driver's license; CDL preferred.

Responsibilities

• Manage daily CIPP lining and CCTV inspection operations.
• Plan and coordinate field crews, equipment, and materials.
• Oversee pre-lining CCTV inspections and QA inspections.
• Ensure installations meet project specs and industry standards.
• Monitor budgets, production schedules, and profitability.
• Enforce safety policies and OSHA/compliance requirements.
• Coach and evaluate field supervisors and technicians.
• Troubleshoot field issues to minimize downtime.
• Maintain project docs, reports, and client communications.
• Assist with estimating, planning, and business development.
