The Weitz Company is seeking a Senior Project Superintendent for our Industrial team, requiring Power Generation experience and willingness to travel nationally or relocate as needed. You will oversee field operations on complex projects, establish a safety culture, and partner with the Project Manager to meet schedule and budget goals.

Ideal candidates will have extensive field/construction management experience, strong leadership, and the ability to build client and subcontractor

Qualifications

• Minimum eight years of field and project construction management experience.
• Power Generation experience is required.
• Industrial experience is strongly preferred.
• Ability to read and interpret construction documents and manage schedules.

Responsibilities

• Construct projects in accordance with plans, schedule, and standards.
• Lead subcontractors and field staff on-site.
• Manage project safety and enforce policy.
• Coordinate with Project Manager to control schedule and budget.
• Develop two-week look-ahead schedules and assist with subcontractor buyouts.
• Review contract terms and ensure compliance.
