Job summary

ADC Management Services is seeking a Senior Project Manager to lead a portfolio of complex, high-visibility projects within the federal research communications space. This role requires strategic planning, cross-functional coordination with COs, CORs, Task Managers, and Researchers, and diligent budget oversight.

You will ensure timely deliverables, manage risks, and maintain performance metrics while keeping staff current in project tracking systems so customers can view progress.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of relevant professional experience with leadership of multidisciplinary teams.
• Experience in marketing and communications; supervising the publication of technical information.
• Transportation experience, especially highway and surface transportation preferred.
• Master’s Degree or Bachelor’s Degree in a related field.

Responsibilities

• Overall management of complex, high-visibility projects within a busy research communications office.
• Strategic planning, resource allocation, and coordination with COs, CORs, Task Managers, and Researchers.
• Ensure deliverables are met on schedule and within budget while managing risk and performance metrics.
• Maintain project tracking systems so customers can view project status.
