Qualifications

• Master’s degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, Project Management, or related field or equivalent professional experience.
• Minimum of 10 years managing complex communications, publishing, or research dissemination programs.
• Experience supervising technical information products from concept through final delivery, including reports, presentations, videos, and other materials.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary liaison with government stakeholders and project team members.
• Lead planning, execution, and delivery of contract activities within budget and schedule.
• Manage multidisciplinary teams for technical writing, publications, digital communications, and graphics.
• Develop and maintain integrated project schedules, staffing plans, and risk registers.
• Monitor performance, identify risks, and implement corrective actions to maintain delivery timelines.
