Vanasse Hangen Brustlin Inc. seeks Project Managers/Senior Project Managers for Design Build - Major Projects to lead complex transportation initiatives and drive successful delivery across Massachusetts.

You will coordinate multidisciplinary teams, manage scope, schedule, and budgets, and act as a liaison with clients and consultants on highway, bridge, rail, transit, and airport projects.

Qualifications

• >8+ years of civil or structural engineering experience.

Responsibilities

• Lead major pursuits and contribute to the delivery of complex transportation infrastructure projects.
• Coordinate with multidisciplinary teams in planning, analysis, design, and delivery of highway, bridge, rail, transit, and airport infrastructure projects.
• Deliver projects from proposal development through design and construction support.
• Provide leadership for project execution including scope, schedule, budget, and quality.
• Mentor staff in preparation of engineering designs, plans, specs, cost estimates, and bid documents.
• Serve as technical liaison with clients, subconsultants, and contractors in project meetings and technical discussions.
• Support construction coordination with design guidance and issue resolution.
• Support client coordination and assist in business development and pursuits.
• Contribute to team collaboration and growth of the transportation practice.
• Promote standards for technical excellence, project management, risk management, and quality delivery.
