Job summary

VHB’s Massachusetts Highway and Structures Team seeks a Project Manager/Senior Project Manager to lead delivery of complex transportation infrastructure across Massachusetts. You will guide major pursuits and coordinate with engineers, planners, and public agencies.

Ideal candidates have 8+ years in civil/structural engineering, MA PE licensure, and design-build experience. The role offers a hybrid work environment, growth opportunities, and a comprehensive benefits package.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of civil or structural engineering experience.
• BS in Civil Engineering (transportation or structural emphasis preferred).
• Massachusetts Professional Engineer licensure required (others a plus).
• Experience managing design-build projects and staff on transportation infrastructure.

Responsibilities

• Lead major pursuits and oversee delivery of complex transportation projects.
• Coordinate with multidisciplinary teams across planning, design, and construction.
• Manage scope, schedule, budget, and quality for projects.
• Mentor staff and serve as liaison with clients and subconsultants.

OpenRoads AutoCAD Revit experience

Education

BS in Civil Engineering (transportation or structural emphasis preferred)
