Job summary

Pape-Dawson Engineers is seeking a Senior Project Manager in Fort Worth, TX to provide strategic and technical leadership for complex engineering projects. You will manage client relationships, drive project delivery, and mentor junior staff while supporting business development efforts.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or related field required.
• Licensed Professional Engineer (P.E.) in state(s) required to support project work.
• Minimum 8 years of engineering and project management experience.

Responsibilities

• Serve as principal client contact, building long-term partnerships.
• Lead planning, execution, and delivery of multiple complex projects within scope, schedule, and budget.
• Develop and negotiate project scopes, budgets, schedules, proposals, and contracts.
• Provide leadership to multidisciplinary teams and mentor Project Managers and staff.
• Oversee financial performance, staffing plans, and resource allocation across assignments.
• Review deliverables for compliance with standards, regulations, and client requirements.
