Job summary

Convergint Technologies, LLC seeks a full-time Project Manager to ensure projects are delivered on time and within budget while maximizing customer satisfaction, safety, and quality. This customer-facing role supports growth as Convergint grows and emphasizes our culture and values.

You will lead projects in a technical environment, coordinating teams, vendors, and clients to drive projects from award through completion, with strong emphasis on cost control and cash flow.

Qualifications

• 5-7 years project management experience.
• Experience in building automation, fire/life safety or electronic security preferred.
• PMI certification or equivalent preferred.

Responsibilities

• Manage and coordinate small to medium projects from award to completion.
• Translate customer needs into proposals and project implementation plans.
• Communicate requirements to project team and maintain records.
• Coordinate procurement of materials, services, and controls for timely completion.
• Establish project milestones and analyze costs.
• Oversee subcontractor selection and work.
