Job summary

Convergint is seeking a full-time Project Manager to drive successful delivery of technical projects, ensuring budgets, schedules, safety, and quality. This role is customer-facing and focuses on maximizing customer satisfaction and cash flow while supporting growth within a dynamic team.

You will work on building automation, fire alarm, and/or electronic security projects, coordinating teams, and translating client requirements into actionable plans to meet timelines and cost targets.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5-7 years of project management experience.
• Experience in technical environments (building automation, fire alarm, and/or electronic security).
• Strong analytical skills and cost-control capabilities.
• Ability to facilitate collaboration with customers and teams.
• Valid driver’s license with clean record.

Responsibilities

• Manage, oversee, and coordinate many aspects for small to medium projects from award through completion of project.
• Translate customer needs into detailed proposals and project implementation plans.
• Effectively communicate project requirements to project team and maintain records.
• Act as our customer's best service provider by ensuring project excellence.
• Coordinate procurement of materials, supplies, and services for timely completion within budget.
• Establish project milestones and analyze costs.
• Oversee subcontractor selection and management.
