Job summary

Convergint is seeking a Project Manager in Chantilly, VA to drive complex projects to on-time, on-budget delivery while ensuring safety and quality. This role faces customers directly and requires strong leadership and communication to coordinate multi-disciplinary teams.

You will oversee procurement, scheduling, cost control, and milestone tracking, reporting progress and risks to stakeholders. A PMP/CAPM and 5–7 years of experience are preferred.

Qualifications

• 5–7 years project management experience in technical environments.
• Strong analytical, cost control and problem-solving skills.
• Experience managing client relationships and cross-functional teams.
• PMP or CAPM certifications preferred.

Responsibilities

• Manage, oversee, and coordinate projects from award through completion.
• Translate customer needs into proposals and implementation plans.
