Job summary

Acara Solutions is seeking a Senior Project Manager for Technical Manufacturing to drive R&D and New Product Development initiatives, coordinating engineering, manufacturing, and customer teams to deliver products from concept through production.

You will manage schedules, budgets, risks, and deliverables while ensuring quality and customer satisfaction, with onsite hours and a comprehensive benefits package.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business, or a related technical discipline.
• Five (5) years minimum of project management experience supporting engineering, manufacturing, new product development (NPD), R&D, or other technical projects.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute project plans for R&D, NPD, and engineering design initiatives.
• Lead cross-functional teams including Engineering, Manufacturing, Supply Chain, Quality and other stakeholders.
• Partner with customers to translate requirements into engineering and manufacturing specs.
• Monitor scope, schedules, budgets, risks, and deliverables throughout the lifecycle.
• Communicate status, milestones and corrective actions to leadership and customers.
