Job summary

Talent Acquisitions Group Inc. is seeking a Senior Project Manager to lead advanced manufacturing initiatives from concept through validation, coordinating engineering, manufacturing, and quality teams onsite in Wisconsin.

The ideal candidate has 5+ years in project management within engineering-led, cross-functional manufacturing environments, with hands-on manufacturing exposure and experience in R&D or NPI initiatives. Relocation assistance is available for the right candidate.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of project management experience in manufacturing settings.
• Hands-on grounding in manufacturing, from product inception to delivery.
• Experience supporting R&D and/or NPI initiatives.
• Ability to manage multiple programs in parallel.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management.
• Bachelor's degree in Engineering or related technical discipline.

Responsibilities

• Steer projects from concept through engineering, manufacturing, and validation, owning the full lifecycle of delivery.
• Govern scope, timelines, milestones, resourcing, and budgets across a portfolio of concurrent programs.
• Orchestrate cross-functional partners spanning engineering, operations, supply chain, and quality toward shared goals.
• Translate customer requirements and business objectives into actionable, executable technical roadmaps.
• Track progress in real time, surface risks and scope changes early, and drive corrective action before issues escal.
• Keep stakeholders aligned with transparent, candid updates on status, risk, and delivery commitments.
• Sharpen the way we execute — refining playbooks, tooling, and development-cycle throughput over time.
