Ascentec Engineering Pvt Ltd seeks a Manufacturing Project Manager with hands‑on shop floor experience to lead technical projects and capital equipment implementations. You will coordinate cross‑functional teams across engineering, manufacturing, and quality in a fast‑paced precision environment.

The role requires direct interaction with production personnel and a strong background in CNC, fabrication, and process improvements. Onsite work only, with ITAR considerations and strict compliance.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering (Mechanical, Manufacturing, Industrial, or related technical field).
• Minimum 3 years of project management in precision manufacturing; production environments only.
• Proven cross‑functional leadership in manufacturing settings.
• Direct shop floor interaction with production personnel, machinists, and quality technicians.

Responsabilités

• Lead planning, execution, and delivery of manufacturing technical projects within timeframes, specs, and budgets.
• Coordinate NPI projects from design review to production launch with cross‑functional teams.
• Manage capital equipment and manufacturing system implementation projects.
• Collaborate with production, engineering, quality, and production teams to communicate milestones.
• Implement PM best practices using MS Project to track progress and resources.
