Job summary

GLY is seeking a Project Manager to lead complex commercial construction projects from concept through closeout. You will guide preconstruction strategy, drive execution, and strengthen client and partner relationships.

The role emphasizes coordinating multidisciplinary teams, managing risk, and delivering advanced technology, data center, and other technically sophisticated projects with integrity and collaboration.

Qualifications

• 5+ years' project management experience in commercial construction.
• Experience delivering Advanced Technology, Data Center, Mission Critical, Industrial, Life Sciences, Healthcare, or other technically complex projects.
• Demonstrated ability to lead multidisciplinary teams and manage complex building systems.

Responsibilities

• Lead projects from preconstruction through closeout, ensuring schedule, budget, and quality targets.
• Coordinate multidisciplinary teams including owners, designers, consultants, and trade partners.
• Develop procurement strategies and manage risk and scope.
• Prepare and review cost reports, forecasts, and project documentation.
• Conduct constructability reviews and value engineering as needed.
• Foster client relationships and ensure clear communications across stakeholders.
