Job summary

GLY Construction in Bellevue, WA seeks a Project Manager to lead complex commercial construction projects from preconstruction through closeout. You will coordinate multidisciplinary teams, manage budgets, schedules, and risk, and foster strong owner, designer, and trade partner relationships.

This role emphasizes delivering advanced technology, data center, mission critical and other technically demanding projects, requiring outstanding communication, leadership, and problem-solving abilities

Qualifications

• 5+ years' project management experience in commercial construction.
• Experience delivering Advanced Technology, Data Center, Life Sciences, Healthcare, or other technically complex projects.
• Demonstrated experience leading projects involving complex MEP systems, critical infrastructure, commissioning, startup, and owner turnover activities.
• Experience with GMP, Lump Sum, GC/CM, Design/Build, and Progressive Design/Build delivery methods.
• Proven track record of winning work as the key selling resource.
• Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or related field.
• DBIA/LEED/LEAN certifications preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead multidisciplinary project teams delivering technically complex building systems and infrastructure.
• Coordinate design coordination, procurement, construction, commissioning, turnover, and warranty activities.
• Foster collaboration between owners, consultants, trade partners and internal teams to achieve goals on safety, cost, quality and schedule.
• Identify project risks and develop proactive mitigation strategies.
• Create budgets, allocate resources, and determine schedule of project activities.
• Inspect work at sites for compliance with terms, schedule and specifications.
• Maintain effective communication and document progression throughout the project lifecycle.
