GCON Management Company LLC is seeking an accomplished Project Manager to lead high-tech program delivery, onsite client liaison, and program oversight. You will guide pre-construction activities, budgeting, and scheduling to ensure success across complex office and data center projects.

The role emphasizes safety, continuous improvement, and strong owner relations, with opportunities to influence project outcomes and profitability across multiple states.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in construction management or related field.
• 10+ years of commercial building experience; general contractor background preferred.
• 5+ years supporting high-tech client programs and complex projects.
• Experience with building systems design and construction principles.

Responsibilities

• Oversee program build-out for high tech client office and data center fit outs.
• Engage in preconstruction activities including estimating, buy-out, logistics, scheduling, and pursuits.
• Support the operational plan and assist the Project Manager and Business Unit Lead on new revenue pursuits and presentations.
• Support client relationships to help grow business portfolio and profitability.
• Coordinate contract staff (1099s & consultants) and ensure safety standards.
• Review narratives, specs, and drawings to provide constructability input.
• Support project closeout following GCON standards.
