Job summary

SwitchThink Solutions LLC in Phoenix, AZ is seeking a Project Manager II to manage multiple enterprise projects across the organization, including technology initiatives. You will lead teams of 10-20 and coordinate internal and external resources to deliver on scope, time, and budget.

The role requires a Bachelor’s degree in Business or IT (or equivalent) and 5+ years of project management experience in fast-paced environments, with strong communication and stakeholder management skills.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Business or Information Technology or equivalent combination of education and experience is required or preferred.
• 5+ years of experience in Project Management in a fast-paced environment with multiple medium complexity projects.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills across all levels of staff and management.
• Ability to lead medium-sized project teams and meetings with confidence.
• Attention to detail and ability to work across functions and prioritize work within time constraints.
• Strong organizational and follow-up skills and customer service mindset.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate objectives, scope, requirements, milestones, deliverables, schedules and cost estimates with cross-functional teams.
• Monitor and report progress to stakeholders, including risk and issue tracking and action-item management.
• Lead project team meetings and create agendas and notes.
• Mentor the EPMO team and contribute to process improvements.
• Stay updated on project management trends and pursue self-development.
