Job summary

LJA's WLB Group, an LJA Company, seeks a Sr Project Manager to oversee the daily management of multiple survey technicians and support staff in the Nevada Survey Department.

In this role you will supervise operations, manage budgets and client relations, collaborate with PMs, and ensure accurate time and cost estimates while guiding the team. You will participate in business planning, staffing, and maintaining executive-level client relationships to drive growth and success.

Qualifications

• 15 years’ experience in the industry.
• 10 years of project management experience.
• Strong communication and relationship-building abilities.

Responsibilities

• Supervise daily activities of the Nevada Survey department.
• Oversee budget, client relations and business development.
• Coordinate project time and cost estimates.
• Develop project plans and objectives with PMs.
• Maintain executive level client relationships.
• Communicate with survey staff and provide team guidance.
