Qualifications

• 15 years of industry experience required.
• 10 years of project management experience required.
• Strong communication skills are essential.
• Ability to build and maintain relationships with clients and teams.
• Public Works and commercial project experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Supervise business and project operations in the Florida Survey department, including budget, client relations, and workload.
• Establish annual business plans with the President and Vice President.
• Set office objectives and collaborate with project managers.
• Balance staffing and workload, prioritize long-term resources.
• Organize project teams and ensure financial objectives are met.
• Maintain executive-level client relationships and respond to inquiries.
• Use AutoCAD and related software as needed.
• Provide guidance to team members.
