You will oversee a team of survey technicians and support staff, manage daily operations, budgets, client relations, and business development. Responsibilities include planning, scheduling, coordinating with Project Managers, guiding staff, and using AutoCAD and related software to produce project deliverables.

Qualifications

• 15 years’ experience in the surveying industry.
• 10 years of project management experience.
• Ability to build strong relationships.
• Public Works and Commercial experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Supervise Florida Survey operations, including budget, client relations, and business development.
• Direct daily activities of the Florida Survey department and track time and costs.
• Oversee manpower and project projections.
• Set annual business plans with leadership.
• Coordinate with Project Managers on timelines, budgets, staffing, and schedules.
• Plan project objectives.
• Analyze financial performance and take corrective actions.
• Report results to management.
• Provide guidance to survey staff and liaise with clients.
• Assist with developing project proposals as needed.
• Respond to inquiries and liaison between client and project team.
• Research project information.
• Utilize AutoCAD and related software.
