LJA Engineering, Inc. in Las Vegas seeks a Project Manager to oversee the Nevada Survey department, directing survey staff and budgets while coordinating with clients and leadership.

This role requires strong management skills and a strategic mindset to ensure projects meet scope, schedule, and financial targets. You will collaborate with senior leadership to develop annual plans, supervise field and office staff, and guide proposals and client communications.

Position Overview

Project Manager at WLB Group, an LJA Company, is responsible for the daily management of multiple survey technicians and support staff in the Nevada Survey Department.

Responsibilities

• Supervise business and project operations in the Nevada Survey department, including budget, client relations, and business development.
