Qualifications

• 10+ years PM experience with a PMP or similar certification.
• 8+ years increasing PM accountability and complex workstreams.
• 8+ years delivering projects with hybrid, predictive, and agile methods.
• 8+ years leading multi-stakeholder initiatives with KPIs.
• Led at least two large projects ($1M+ budget, 18+ months).
• Ability to lead teams up to ten staff and manage cross-functional groups.
• Bachelor's Degree in a related field.
