• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, Engineering, or related field.
• 10+ years' experience leading multiple project teams.
• Strong leadership and interpersonal skills.
• Excellent communication and negotiation abilities.
• Proven PM/Program management in Product Development from concept to commercialization.
• Proficient in project management practices and tools.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities under pressure.
• High attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Financial management including budgeting and forecasting.
• Experience with risk management and quality assurance.

Responsibilities

• Project Planning and Strategy: develop project plans and milestones in alignment with strategy.
• Stakeholder Management: manage relationships and ensure clear communication of goals and progress.
• Project Execution: monitor progress to meet deadlines, quality standards, and budget.
• Resource Management: identify resources and coordinate with functional leaders.
• Risk Management: identify risks and mitigation strategies throughout lifecycle.
• Budget Management: develop and manage budgets, track expenses, prepare forecasts.
• Quality Assurance: ensure adherence to quality standards and QC processes.
• Performance Reporting: deliver status reports with KPIs to senior management.
• Change Management: manage scope, schedule, and cost changes with proper documentation.
• Project Team Leadership: lead and mentor the project team.
