Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Project Management, Business Administration, Engineering, or a related field.
• Master's degree preferred.
• 10+ years of progressive project management experience with a proven track record.
• Strong knowledge of project management methodologies, frameworks, tools, and software.

Responsibilities

• Lead project planning, scheduling, budgeting, and resource allocation.
• Define, manage, and control project scope, objectives, timelines, and deliverables in collaboration with key stakeholders.
• Develop and execute risk management and mitigation strategies to proactively address project challenges.
• Monitor project performance, maintain accurate project documentation, and provide regular status updates to executive leadership.
• Manage stakeholder communications, expectations, and engagement throughout the project lifecycle.
• Apply advanced project management methodologies, best practices, and continuous improvement initiatives to drive efficiency and effectiveness.
• Lead cross-functional and multidisciplinary teams while fostering collaboration and accountability.
• Mentor and coach project managers and team members, promoting professional development and project management excellence.
• Ensure projects align with organizational goals, strategic initiatives, and business priorities.
