Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, Engineering, or a related field.
• 10+ years’ experience leading multiple project teams simultaneously.
• Strong leadership, interpersonal skills and communication abilities.
• Proven success as a program or project manager in a Product Development environment.
• Proficient in project management practices, software and tools.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and work under pressure.

Responsibilities

• Develop project plans, goals, and milestones aligned with organizational strategy.
• Identify and manage relationships with key stakeholders and facilitate clear communication.
• Monitor progress to ensure deadlines, quality standards, and budget adherence.
• Identify resources needed and coordinate with functional leaders to resolve conflicts.
• Identify risks and develop mitigation strategies; monitor risks throughout lifecycle.
• Develop and manage the project budget; prepare financial reports and forecasts.
