Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, Engineering, or related field.
• 10+ years’ experience leading multiple project teams.
• Strong leadership, interpersonal skills, and communication abilities.
• Proven success as a program or project manager in product development.
• Proficient in project management practices, software and tools.
• Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and work under pressure.
• High attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Financial management skills, including budgeting and forecasting.
• Experience with risk management and quality assurance.

Responsibilities

• Plan, execute, and coordinate multiple projects to align with organizational goals.
