The role requires 5–7 years in manufacturing PM, a business or engineering degree, and the ability to navigate cross‑functional teams. Travel up to 20% is expected as you collaborate with suppliers and customers.

Qualifikationen

• 5-7 years’ manufacturing project management experience.
• Mechanical/manufacturing background desirable.
• Ability to integrate complex engineering and production concepts with project management systems.
• Advanced knowledge of project cost and forecasting including Earned Value and Change Control.
• PMP certification is desirable but not required.

• Evaluates, determines, and drives project management activities for one or more moderately to significantly complex projects.
• Provides expertise to review and drive execution of innovative solutions to technical issues.
• Manages team executing work including procurement, engineering, production, quality, etc.
• Identify gaps and risks within the project and develop resolutions.
• Develops cost, scope, and schedule framework for project elements and ensures delivery to cost/schedule.
• Notifies leadership of escalations impacting the project.
