Job summary

AscendArc is seeking a Senior Project Manager to lead planning, scheduling, and execution of complex satellite programs. You will work with engineering leads, supply chain, manufacturing, and program leadership to translate technical development activities into credible, executable, integrated Master Schedules for multiple customer programs.

You will identify missing activities and dependencies, establish realistic durations and milestones, and maintain an integrated schedule that forecasts

Qualifications

• 5-7+ years of project/program management experience in complex technical programs.
• Experience translating technical activities into realistic, bottoms-up schedules.
• Experience developing and maintaining detailed schedules with dependency management and schedule risk.
• Proficiency with project management software (e.g., MS Project) and PM fundamentals (WBS, CPM).
• Ability to identify schedule risks and communicate mitigation strategies to management.

Responsibilities

• Translate technical deliverables into bottoms-up schedules with realistic durations, dependencies and milestones.
• Develop and maintain integrated schedules across multiple customer programs across engineering, procurement, manufacturing, and delivery.
• Identify missing activities, dependencies, and risks; establish schedule baselines and forecasts.
• Coordinate across engineering, supply chain, manufacturing, and program leadership to resolve blockers.
