Job summary

CesiumAstro, a leader in space-grade communication systems, seeks a Senior Program Scheduler to drive integrated master schedules for complex programs. You will lead cross-functional coordination with PM, engineering, manufacturing, supply chain, and finance, ensuring on-time delivery and adherence to baselines.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in project management, business administration, operations management, finance, or related field with 5–8 years of related experience; Master's with 3–6 years preferred.
• Advanced knowledge of program scheduling, integrated master scheduling, and project planning principles.
• Experience developing integrated master schedules, schedule baselines, forecasting models, and schedule performance analyses for complex programs.
• Strong understanding of critical path methodology, schedule risk analysis, earned value concepts, resource planning, and lifecycle management.
• Experience evaluating schedule performance and risks, and developing recovery strategies.
• Experience leading cross-functional scheduling activities balancing priorities and milestones.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and scheduling tools (MS Project, Primavera P6, Open Plan).
• Data analysis and collaboration tools such as Power BI, SharePoint, Jira.

Responsibilities

• Develop integrated master schedules, baselines, and planning methodologies.
• Evaluate scope, WBS, resources, milestones, and dependencies for executable schedules.
• Conduct schedule planning meetings and baseline reviews across programs.
• Lead integrated schedule management with cross-functional coordination.
• Evaluate schedule performance, critical path, variances, and risks; drive recovery plans.
• Validate schedule integrity with health assessments and forecasting.
• Coordinate reviews and customer meetings; provide schedule guidance.
• Manage scheduling documentation, baselines, changes, and forecasting data.
