Job summary

Lydian Energy, LLC is seeking a Senior Project Manager to lead multi-site solar and battery energy storage projects from development through commissioning. You will own schedules, budgets, risk, and cross-functional coordination with internal teams, external utilities, and EPC contractors.

The role requires 8–10 years in energy PM, strong leadership, and a track record of delivering complex projects on time and within budget. Travel to project sites is expected as needed.

Qualifications

• 8-10 years of project management experience in the energy sector, with utility-scale solar/BESS projects.
• Strong track record delivering projects on time and within budget.
• Excellent cross-functional leadership across internal teams and external partners.

Responsibilities

• Lead development of project schedules, budgets, cashflow models, and reporting.
• Drive EPC procurement and contract negotiations; manage contractor performance.
• Coordinate with utilities, AHJs, and vendors; communicate risk and mitigation plans.
• Oversee safety, quality, and environmental compliance across projects.
