SOLV Energy is seeking a Senior Project Manager to oversee the overall management of construction projects nationwide, ensuring successful completion on time and within budget.

The role is based full-time on a jobsite in Yerington, NV with travel required; you will lead the project team, coordinate with Owners, Architects and Subcontractors, and implement effective procedures for buyout, shop drawing approval, and material delivery.

Competenze

• Engineering, Construction Management or Architectural degree or equivalent experience.
• Field construction management experience (8-10 years, including supervisory skills).
• Leadership ability and strong sense of urgency.
• Problem-solving, organizational and communication skills.
• Drafting and computer skills; contract law and project accounting knowledge.
• Understanding of scheduling, cost control, procurement and estimating.

Mansioni

• Able to perform all Project Manager’s responsibilities.
• Manage multiple or large, complex projects.
• Estimate and establish budgets and contract price (GMP/Lump Sum).
• Negotiate cost-effective subcontract and material purchases.
• Set up procedures to assure timely buyout, shop drawing approval and material delivery.
• Keep project on schedule and maintain reporting to management.
• Lead project team and organize regular meetings with management and subcontractors.
• Review contract conditions and ensure compliance with terms.
• Direct preconstruction services and activities; assist with business development.
• Maintain quality control and support estimating staff.
• Complete project close-out procedures and warranty follow-up.
