SOLV Energy, Inc. is seeking a Senior Project Manager to oversee construction projects from start to finish. This full-time role is based on a jobsite in Yerington, NV and will require travel.

You will lead budgeting, procurement, subcontractor management, safety plans, and reporting, ensuring on-time delivery and contract compliance. Qualifications include an Engineering, Construction Management or Architectural degree or equivalent experience and 8–10 years of field management experience.

• Engineering, Construction Management, or Architectural degree or equivalent experience.
• Field construction management experience (8-10 years) with supervisory skills.
• Leadership ability.
• Problem-solving ability and strong sense of urgency.
• Organizational and communication skills.
• Drafting and computer skills.
• Fundamental knowledge of contract law and project accounting.
• Thorough understanding of project management control systems (scheduling, cost control, procurement and estimating).

• Manage multiple or large, complex projects.
• Estimate and establish budgets and contract price (GMP/Lump Sum).
• Negotiate cost-effective subcontract and material purchases.
• Set up and implement job procedures to assure timely buyout, shop drawing approval and material delivery.
• Keep project on schedule.
• Develop and maintain good relationship with Owner, Architect and Subcontractors.
• Work with Superintendent to develop safety plans and implement safety procedures.
• Maintain timely and accurate reporting to management.
