Drive the end-to-end execution and profitability of multi-channel marketing campaigns for a premier digital agency specializing in skilled trades and vocational training. This on-site role leads cross-functional teams spanning creative, digital, and production to deliver impactful results for a growing portfolio of service-based clients.

Responsibilities

• Plan & Execute: Own the full lifecycle of multiple concurrent client projects across digital, creative, production, and event/trade show initiatives from scoping through delivery.
• Manage & Track: Build and track project plans, timelines, budgets, and resource allocations while monitoring profitability, labor utilization, and margin goals.
• Liaise & Resolve: Serve as the primary point of contact between clients and internal teams, leading status meetings and proactively resolving scheduling conflicts or risks.
• Oversee & Coordinate: Manage third-party vendors and outsourced-service relationships to ensure quality and seamless delivery.
• Mentor & Optimize: Guide junior project coordinators and drive internal process improvements to increase delivery speed and project margins.
• Partner & Estimate: Collaborate with account management on project scoping, cost estimates, and proposal development for new and expanding client engagements.

Working hours: 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM

Skills

• Certifications: PMP certification or an equivalent project management credential.
• Industry Background: Experience working with service-based, lead-generation-driven clients in vocational training, skilled trades, healthcare, or financial services.
• Production Knowledge: Familiarity with print production, signage, promotional products, trade shows, and fulfillment/logistics operations.
• Systems Experience: Working knowledge of CRM and ERP platforms.
