Job summary

Jones Lang LaSalle Incorporated is seeking a senior Construction Project Manager for Secure Environments with 7–10 years of PM experience. You will oversee multiple projects, manage budgets, lead risk controls, and coordinate consultants, contractors, and clients across the US and Canada. The role requires strong negotiation, analytics, and stakeholder management.

On-site in the Boston area with hybrid options; travel up to required by projects. Bachelor's in related field preferred.

Qualifications

• 7-10 years of practical experience in construction project management preferred.
• 3-5 years working with secured environment projects meeting ICD-705 / TEMPEST requirements.
• Experience leading and running numerous projects simultaneously.
• Ability to develop and cultivate business relationships with existing and prospective clients.
• Strong working knowledge of accounting and financial reporting, budgeting, scheduling and process as they relate to corporate real estate.
• Experience working with Landlords, developers and institutional owners.
• Knowledge of reading design development and construction documents.
• Ability to manage several medium to large secured environment ground-up development projects and corporate interiors projects.
