Path Construction seeks a qualified Senior Project Manager to join our Dallas, TX area team. We hire for strong technical skills, clear communication, and meticulous attention to detail across multi-family, retail, and commercial projects.

The role emphasizes leading project teams, ensuring cost control, administering contracts, and coordinating procurement, estimating, and scheduling with focus on QA and safety.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of construction experience
• Primavera/Microsoft Project scheduling experience
• Occasional travel (1-3 days per month)
• Estimating experience is a plus
• Proficient in Microsoft Office

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage a project team in building successful projects.
• Cost control with full P+L responsibility.
• Manage day-to-day activities of subcontractors and suppliers.
• Handle contract administration and procurement.
• Prepare estimates, pay requests, change orders, and RFIs.
• Oversee scheduling, submittals, safety controls, and quality.
