Path Construction is seeking a qualified Construction Project Manager to join our team in the Charlotte, NC area. We are a rapidly growing commercial general contractor with offices across the country.

The ideal candidate will have at least 5 years of project management experience in commercial construction, strong technical expertise, excellent communication skills, and meticulous attention to detail. Duties include leading a project team, subcontractor coordination, contract administration,

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Construction, or Architecture.
• 5+ years construction experience.
• Primavera / Microsoft Project scheduling experience.
• Occasional travel (1-3 days per month).
• Estimating experience is a plus.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office.

Responsabilités

• Lead and manage a project team in delivering a successful project.
• Direct day-to-day activities of subcontractors and suppliers.
• Handle contract administration and procurement tasks.
• Prepare estimates, pay requests, change orders, and RFIs.
• Monitor cost, schedule, safety, and overall quality controls.

Path Construction is seeking a qualified Construction Project Manager to join our team in the Charlotte, NC area. We’re a rapidly growing commercial general contractor with offices in Arlington Heights, IL; Charlotte, NC; Dallas, TX; Knoxville, TN; Tampa, FL; and Phoenix, AZ, managing projects across the country.

The ideal candidate will have at least 5 years of project management experience in commercial construction. We're looking for someone with strong technical expertise, excellent communication skills, and a sharp attention to detail.

Duties for Construction Project Managers include

Leading and managing a project team in building a successful project, managing day-to-day activities of subcontractors and suppliers, contract administration, procurement, estimating, pay requests, change orders, requests for information, cost control, scheduling, tracking submittals, safety controls, maintaining and delivering a high level of quality.
