Columbus McKinnon Corporation seeks an experienced SAP Project Manager to lead end-to-end SAP initiatives, including deployments, enhancements, and migrations, while driving process harmonization and global template adoption across the organization.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in IT/CS/Engineering/Business or related field.
• 5+ years of SAP project management experience.
• Experience migrating from legacy/non-SAP ERP to SAP.
• Experience managing cross-functional teams and external partners.
• Experience managing budgets, timelines, risks, and executive communications.
• Experience supporting testing, data conversion, cutover, go-live, and change management.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end SAP project delivery including planning, execution, deployment, and post-go-live support.
• Manage SAP enhancements, upgrades, integrations, and transformation initiatives.
• Deploy global SAP template to new locations and legacy systems.
• Drive ERP migration and process harmonization to global standards.
• Develop and maintain project plans, schedules, budgets, and governance processes.
• Coordinate cross-functional teams and external consultants; report status to executives.
