IEM is seeking a Full Time Project Manager to develop and execute a comprehensive program strategy for the Rural Health Transformation Program in New Mexico. You will lead cross-functional teams, oversee budgets and timelines, and collaborate with state leadership and community partners to promote operational change and achieve program goals.

• Ten or more years in health project/program administration and grant management.
• Experience with federal grant regulations and compliance for health programs.
• Strong leadership to guide project teams toward program goals.
