Job summary

Mountain Area Health Education Center (MAHEC) is seeking a Project Manager to oversee Rural Health Transformation Program initiatives. You will coordinate project activities, manage budgets, timelines, and deliverables, and communicate progress to the Program Director and stakeholders.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent plus 1 year of project coordination/management experience.
• Working knowledge of continuing professional development systems and processes.
• Experience with grant/proposal writing and budget tracking is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Plan, implement and monitor projects through their life cycle.
• Maintain detailed project budgets including personnel, invoicing, and requisitions.
• Create detailed work plans and timelines with assigned tasks and deadlines.
• Communicate with stakeholders and prepare project reports and updates.
