Job summary

DBI Construction Consultants is seeking a Project Manager II focused on Roofing & Building Envelope to manage complex assignments from initiation to completion. You will bring technical roofing and envelope expertise while delivering exceptional client service and ensuring project quality and timelines.

You will lead investigations, manage forensic and insurance-led projects, and provide expert testimony when needed.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Civil, Structural, Architectural Engineering or related field.
5–7 years of experience in roofing & building envelope design, review, consulting, inspections and assessments.
Credentials such as IIBEC, ITC Drone Pilot, RRC/RWC/REWC/RBEC are a plus.
Strong client relationships from the legal and property insurance industry.
Expertise in building structural and envelope systems, water infiltration and failures.

Responsibilities

Lead investigations involving roofing, waterproofing, exterior wall systems, windows, curtain walls, and other building envelope systems.
Manage forensic, insurance, litigation support, and building envelope consulting projects from assignment to deliverables.
Provide expert testimony, depositions, and technical support when required.
Review technical reports, codes, repair recommendations, cost estimates, and deliverables for quality and DBI standards.
Develop new client relationships and grow existing accounts.
Mentor and develop professionals, serving as trusted advisor to key clients.
