Job summary

ARM Consultants LLC is seeking an experienced Project Architect to lead design and project management for a range of roof and building-envelope projects across New England.

You will manage projects from initial investigation through construction administration, developing construction documents, and mentoring junior staff. Local New England travel is expected as needed, with a focus on delivering robust, cost-effective solutions.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or master's degree in Architecture.
• Architectural registration is preferred but not required; support for IDP and registration.
• 6–12+ years of relevant professional experience.
• Strong knowledge of AutoCAD, Bluebeam, and Microsoft Office.
• Experience with roofing, building-envelope consulting, and existing buildings is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Manage projects from investigation through construction administration and closeout.
• Develop complete construction document packages with drawings, specs, and details.
• Design cost-effective roof repair, replacement, restoration, and rehabilitation solutions.
• Coordinate with clients and project stakeholders throughout the lifecycle.
• Mentor junior staff and review drawings and specifications.
• Travel within New England for site visits and meetings.
