Qualifications

• Ten years of related project experience OR fifteen years on similar projects.
• Professional Engineer licensure preferred (required by ABET‑accredited degree holders).
• Proven leadership as trusted advisor to clients and teams.
• Ability to manage projects of varying size and complexity and drive outcomes.
• Strong financial management of project budgets and fees.

Responsibilities

• Lead high‑scope, complex projects or programs; act as primary client contact.
• Plan, execute, and monitor projects to SSR quality and contract standards.
• Develop staffing plans, budgets, and schedules with discipline leads.
• Mentor PM I/II and foster ownership and accountability.
• Manage scope changes, risks, and client communications effectively.
• Oversee invoicing, AR, and monthly revenue projections; address issues.
• Drive business development and expand SSR’s share of wallet.
• Ensure project documentation, QA/QC, and contract compliance.
